Reviews on this site: where they come from and how we handle them

Where the reviews come from

Selerity does not collect reviews on this site and has no review form. The reviews on product pages are public customer reviews from the marketplaces where our products are sold: Rozetka, Amazon and Allegro. We collected them once and show them read-only.

Each review links to the original on its marketplace, where you can check it.

What is shown and how it is chosen

Reviews are picked by the product they belong to. We do not edit the text of a review.

The average rating next to the product name is calculated from the reviews shown in the list. It is not a Selerity rating, but an average of customer ratings on third-party marketplaces.

Author names are shortened to a first name. Rozetka reviews show Ukraine; for other marketplaces we show the country when it is known.

Translated Amazon reviews

Amazon reviews are written in other languages. We translated and reworded them into Ukrainian, so such a review carries a “translated” label. Under the platform rules we cannot reuse a review word for word from another site. The original opens through the “Read on Amazon” link.

How to ask us to remove a review

If you wrote a review and want us to hide it, or you think it is attached to the wrong product, message us on Telegram or Instagram (contacts are on the Contacts page) with the marketplace, name and date of the review. We will hide it promptly.
