Gift card

What it is

The Selerity gift card is a prepayment for goods of the selerity.com.ua shop. The gift card code confirms this prepayment: it pays for an order in full or in part.

Amounts and purchase

Amounts: 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000 and 5000 UAH. A gift card is paid by card online only.

Promo codes, discounts, bonus hryvnias and the gift wheel do not apply to buying a gift card. After payment the code is sent to the buyer's email, and the card with the code can be printed.

Validity

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the day of payment. The end date is in the letter and on the card; after it the gift card cannot pay for an order.

How to use it

• Add items to the cart and go to checkout.
• Enter the code in the “Promo code” field: the sum comes off the gift card balance.
• The order costs more than the card? Pay the rest online, by invoice or on delivery.
• The order costs less? The rest stays on the code until it expires.
• Once the gift card is applied, the field is free again: you can add a promo code too.

A gift card is a payment, not a discount: the free delivery condition counts the goods total as usual.

Returns

If you return an item paid by a gift card, or the order is canceled, the sum goes back to the gift card balance.

The gift card is not exchangeable for cash. If you changed your mind and have not used the gift card yet, message us within 14 days of the purchase: we'll refund the money to your card.

Lost the code?

Message us on Telegram with the email the letter went to: we'll check and send the code again.

Limits

• A gift card cannot pay for another gift card.
• The gift card works only in the Ukrainian shop selerity.com.ua.
